Prohibits limited services pregnancy centers from making or disseminating deceptive advertising about pregnancy-related services, whether by statement or omission, effective July 1, 2021.

Defines "limited services pregnancy center" as a facility that does not directly provide or refer for abortions or emergency contraception, and covers facilities with medical appearance (medical staff attire, examination tables, medical supplies) or medical diagnostic services.

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek injunctive relief requiring centers to pay for corrective advertising, post remedial notices, or provide other court-ordered remedies to address deceptive advertising effects.

Requires the Attorney General to provide written notice and allow a 10-day cure period before filing legal action against a center for violations.

Establishes civil penalties of $50 to $500 per violation and recovery of reasonable attorney's fees and costs upon court finding of violation.
