Public service companies must transfer all lines, conduits, cables, wires, and equipment to replacement utility poles within 90 days after an emergency replacement or preplanned replacement occurs

"Utility protection zone" is defined as a rectangular area extending 8 feet horizontally from any outermost electrical conductor and vertically from ground to sky

"Three phase main" is added as a new statutory definition, meaning circuit segments originating directly from a substation and protected by a circuit breaker or recloser-type device

Utilities may prune or remove trees without permits or property owner consent if any part of a tree is located within the utility protection zone for a three phase main

Utilities may also prune or remove hazardous trees without permits or consent if they could endanger any three phase main
