Amends Section 17b-261 to require the Commissioner of Social Services to provide medical assistance to any person meeting income eligibility guidelines under subsection (a) or for HUSKY D, regardless of immigration status, within available appropriations.

Modifies Section 17b-277(a) to provide medical assistance under Medicaid to pregnant women with family income not exceeding 258% of the federal poverty level, regardless of immigration status.

Amends Section 17b-292(a) to make children with household income between 196% and 318% of the federal poverty level eligible for HUSKY B benefits, regardless of immigration status.

All amendments become effective July 1, 2021.

Received joint favorable recommendations from the Human Services and Appropriations committees.
