Services must be provided by social workers licensed under chapter 383b of Connecticut statutes

Changes the regulatory notice requirement from publication in the Connecticut Law Journal to posting on the eRegulations System within 20 days of implementing new policies

Effective date of July 1, 2021, amending section 17b-242(a) of the general statutes
