Amends Connecticut General Statutes Section 10-33 to allow school districts without a school offering grades kindergarten through twelve to pay tuition for elementary students to attend schools in other approved districts, effective July 1, 2021.

Expands the tuition-sharing provision beyond high school students to include all elementary school students under a local board's jurisdiction attending another school district.

Removes the previous requirement that students must have completed an elementary school course and be residing with a parent or guardian in the receiving school district to be eligible for tuition payment.

Amends Section 10-266aa(j) to explicitly authorize school districts to charge tuition to other districts pursuant to the amended Section 10-33.
