Income eligibility threshold for medical assistance raised from 143% to 200% of the federal poverty level, effective July 1, 2021

Creates new Medicaid coverage for adults under age 65 with income between 133% and 200% of the federal poverty level who do not otherwise qualify for medical assistance

HUSKY B eligibility floor raised from 196% to 200% of the federal poverty level for children in qualifying households

HUSKY D program expanded to cover nonpregnant adults ages 18-64 with income up to 200% of the federal poverty level (previously based on different calculation method)

Commissioner required to amend the Medicaid state plan under Section 1902(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XX) of the Social Security Act to implement these coverage expansions
