Amends the appeal deadline language in Section 7-148l for persons aggrieved by orders of municipal boards, commissions, councils, committees, or other designated agencies

Changes the phrasing from "within thirty days of" to "not later than thirty days after" the mailing of written decisions for appeals to the State Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities

Technical language clarification only; no substantive change to the 30-day appeal deadline
