Commissioner of Developmental Services shall conduct a study on establishing housing units in South Windsor for clients of the Manchester chapter of the Arc of Connecticut.

Study must examine the number of clients requiring housing and the chapter's ability to effectively provide services to those clients.

Commissioner must submit a report with study findings and legislative recommendations to the joint standing committees on public health and planning and development by January 1, 2022.

Act takes effect immediately upon passage.
