Establishes a working group to study Connecticut's civil laws under Title 52 of the general statutes and prepare recommendations on proposed changes

Working group consists of 6 members appointed by legislative leaders: one each from the Speaker of the House, Senate President Pro Tempore, majority leaders of both chambers, and minority leaders of both chambers

All appointed members must have familiarity with Title 52 provisions

Report on findings and recommendations due to the Judiciary Committee by February 1, 2022

Working group terminates upon submission of report or February 1, 2022, whichever is later
