Commissioner of Transportation shall convey approximately 7.08 acres of state land in South Windsor to the town at cost equal to administrative expenses, subject to State Properties Review Board approval.

Land is identified on a map designated as File No. 132-97-25B, located at Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway (I-291 Westbound) @ Ellington Road (CT Route 30).

Town of South Windsor must sell the parcel for economic development purposes within five years or the land reverts to the state.

Town's sale price shall equal fair market value determined by averaging appraisals from two independent appraisers selected by the Commissioner of Transportation, with appraisals completed within six months.

All funds received by the town from the sale shall be transferred to the State Treasurer for deposit in the Special Transportation Fund.
