Amends a prior land conveyance (Special Act 01-6) to reduce the parcel size from 1.3 acres to 0.3 acre at 488 Tunxis Hill Road, removing the address range 488-512

Commissioner of Transportation shall convey the land to Fairfield at administrative cost only, subject to State Properties Review Board approval within 30 days of receiving the proposed agreement

Fairfield must use, lease, or sell the parcel for a public works garage, economic development, or housing purposes within five years or the land reverts to the state

Any sale by Fairfield must be at fair market value based on the average of two independent appraisals completed within six months of conveyance, with net proceeds deposited in the Special Transportation Fund

State Treasurer executes the deed, which must include reversion and sale provisions; land remains under Department of Transportation control until conveyance is complete
