• Public institutions of higher education must provide free menstrual products in at least one designated, accessible central campus location and post notice on their websites, effective September 1, 2022.

• Homeless shelters and domestic violence shelters must provide free menstrual products in accessible restrooms in a non-stigmatizing manner, effective September 1, 2022.

• The Commissioner of Public Health must establish guidelines by July 1, 2022 regarding non-stigmatizing methods for providing menstrual products across all covered institutions; all covered entities may accept donations and partner with nonprofits to fund products.
