Eliminates the $150 cremation certificate fee for stillborn fetuses and deceased persons under age eighteen, effective July 1, 2022.

Establishes that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner shall not assess any fees associated with cremating stillborn fetuses or bodies of deceased persons under eighteen.

Allows the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to waive the $150 cremation certificate fee upon request of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Maintains the $150 cremation certificate fee for deceased persons age eighteen and older, payable by the deceased person's estate.

Sets cremation permit fees at five dollars and written notice fees at one dollar for all cremations.
