Repeals and replaces Connecticut General Statutes Section 26-66 effective October 1, 2022, governing hunting regulations adopted by the commissioner.

Authorizes the commissioner to specify that hunters wear fluorescent orange or pink clothing, establishing the time periods and amounts required.

Removes the restriction limiting fluorescent hunting clothing requirements to those adopted after January 1, 1989, by deleting that date limitation from statute.

Maintains the commissioner's existing authority to regulate all aspects of hunting including seasons, legal methods, bag limits, permits, and public safety measures.
