Requires employers with three or more employees to post information in a prominent location concerning domestic violence and resources available to victims of domestic violence in Connecticut, effective October 1, 2022.

Mandates state agencies provide a minimum of one hour of training and education on domestic violence, abuser and victim behaviors, workplace impact, and victim resources to all employees by July 1, 2023, and to new hires within six months of employment.

Directs the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities to develop, in conjunction with the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence, online training materials and a website link with domestic violence information and victim resources available at no cost to employers and state agencies.

Adds domestic violence training and posting requirements to the Commission's existing duties regarding discrimination and harassment prevention in the workplace.
