Increases daily compensation for military funeral honor guard participants from fifty dollars to sixty dollars per day, effective October 1, 2022.

Applies to honor guard details requested for funerals of deceased persons who served in U.S. armed forces during wartime, served in the National Guard for more than twenty years, or died while serving in the National Guard.

Authorizes the Adjutant General to order honor guard details from the National Guard, naval militia, State Guard, or organized militia, with backup provision to request details from bona fide Connecticut state veterans' organizations if primary sources are unavailable.

Specifies honor guard details consist of not more than five members plus one bugler, compensated from funds appropriated to the Adjutant General for National Guard pay and federal funds received for that purpose.
