Prohibits public agencies from disclosing residential addresses of specified employees under the Freedom of Information Act, effective October 1, 2022.

Protects residential addresses of judges (federal, state Superior, Appellate, and Supreme Court), family support magistrates, and law enforcement officers (municipal police, State Police, and Department of Energy and Environmental Protection officers).

Extends protection to Department of Correction employees, attorneys in criminal prosecution roles, public defenders, criminal justice inspectors, firefighters, Department of Children and Families employees, and Board of Pardons and Paroles members.

Includes judicial branch employees, direct-care mental health workers, Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities members, and Office of the Attorney General employees in the protected categories.
