• Repeals and replaces section 7-148l of Connecticut General Statutes concerning appeals from municipal agencies effective October 1, 2022.

• Allows any person aggrieved by orders from boards, commissions, councils, committees, or other agencies established under sections 7-148i to 7-148n to appeal to the State Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

• Changes appeal filing deadline language from "within thirty days of the mailing" to "not later than thirty days after the mailing" of the written decision.
