Establishes the State Agency Internet Web Site Accessibility Task Force to examine whether state agency websites are designed to be accessible to people with disabilities and comply with universal accessibility principles.

Task force shall recommend whether to reinstate the Connecticut Web Site Accessibility Committee.

Comprises 15 members including two appointees each from the House Speaker and Senate President Pro Tempore, one each from House and Senate majority and minority leaders, and representatives from nine state agencies and disability-related boards.

All initial appointments must be made within 30 days of effective date, with the first meeting scheduled within 60 days.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on government administration by January 1, 2023, and terminates upon report submission or January 1, 2023, whichever is later.
