All state public agencies must post meeting notices on their Internet websites, effective October 1, 2022, in addition to filing with the Secretary of the State.

State public agencies must file their annual meeting schedules with the Secretary of the State by January 31 each year and post them on both their own websites and the Secretary of the State's website.

Meeting agendas for state public agencies must be posted on both the agency's and Secretary of the State's Internet websites at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Special meeting notices must be posted on the agency's website at least 24 hours before the meeting and filed with the Secretary of the State, with emergency meetings allowed if minutes are filed within 72 hours.

Meeting minutes and member votes must be made available for public inspection within 48 hours and posted to the agency's website within 7 days, except local government agencies are exempt from posting minutes online.
