Prohibits pregnancy services centers from making or disseminating deceptive advertising about pregnancy-related services through any medium, including newspapers, publications, advertising devices, and the Internet, effective July 1, 2022

Removes the term "limited services pregnancy center" from statute and applies deceptive advertising restrictions to all pregnancy services centers, expanding the scope of regulation

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek injunctive relief and court-ordered remedies including corrective advertising, remedial notices, and other narrowly tailored relief to address deceptive advertising effects

Requires the Attorney General to provide written notice to pregnancy services centers and allow 10 days to cure violations before filing legal action

Establishes civil penalties of $50 to $500 per violation and entitles the state to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs upon court finding of violation
