Declares that a public health emergency and civil preparedness emergency continue to exist throughout Connecticut through June 30, 2022.

Authorizes continuation of emergency declarations originally issued by Governor Ned Lamont on March 10, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Enables state agencies to access crucial federal funds under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 USC 5121 et seq.) and the supplemental nutrition assistance program.

Allows the Governor to maintain executive orders necessary to protect public health and mitigate the effects of COVID-19, particularly regarding the highly contagious omicron variant.

Requires the Senate and House clerks to send copies of the resolution to Governor Ned Lamont, the Secretary of State, and Connecticut's congressional delegation.
