Adopts "Conservation and Development Policies: The Plan for Connecticut, 2018-2023" as Connecticut's official state plan of conservation and development

Confirms the Continuing Legislative Committee on State Planning and Development has overseen the plan's development since 1976 and incorporated municipal and stakeholder recommendations

Establishes six growth management principles: redevelop regional centers with existing infrastructure, expand diverse housing options, concentrate development around transportation nodes, conserve natural and cultural resources, protect environmental assets critical to public health and safety, and promote integrated multi-level government planning

The Continuing Legislative Committee on State Planning and Development submitted the revised plan to the General Assembly with a recommendation for approval
