• Creates multiple task forces to study educator diversity and recruitment, interscholastic athletics governance, combating ableism in schools, and teacher shortages/retention.

• Authorizes temporary permits for career and technical instructors and expands remote learning eligibility; requires Asian American and Pacific Islander studies curriculum by school year 2025-26.
