• Allows spouses of active duty military members to obtain occupational or professional licenses in Connecticut if they hold valid licenses in another state and accompany the military member to a state military installation pursuant to an official permanent change of station.

• Requires applicants to be in good standing in all states where they hold licenses, with no revocations, discipline, pending investigations, or voluntary surrenders under investigation for unprofessional conduct.

• Permits department heads to deny a license if they determine denial is in the best interest of the state; becomes effective October 1, 2022.
