Repeals and replaces subsection (b) of Connecticut General Statutes section 22a-134tt effective from passage.

Establishes a working group co-chaired by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection and the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to provide advice on hazardous waste remediation regulations.

Working group membership includes joint committee chairpersons and ranking members from environment and commerce committees, transaction attorneys, real estate brokers, licensed environmental professionals, manufacturers' representatives, environmental advocates, municipal representatives, and other designated public members.

Requires the commissioner to convene monthly working group meetings until regulations are adopted and to provide draft regulations to members for review and feedback before posting notice on the eRegulations System.
