Joint Committee on Legislative Management shall contract with a qualified third-party entity to examine the State Capitol building, Legislative Office Building, and all related buildings, structures, grounds, and parking facilities under the committee's supervision and control.

Third-party entity must assess the facilities for accessibility for persons with disabilities and evaluate grounds and parking facilities for accessibility and accommodations for individuals utilizing bicycles.

Qualified third-party entity must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the Joint Committee on Legislative Management by January 1, 2023.

Recommendations must address improvements for compliance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (42 USC 12101 et seq.) and installation of bicycle racks or other structures to accommodate bicycle parking.
