Defines "visitable housing" as one-to-four family residential construction with three features: interior doorways with minimum 32-inch wide openings, accessible means of egress per 28 CFR Part 36, and a full or half bathroom on the first floor compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Authorizes the Department of Housing, in consultation with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, to establish a program to encourage visitable housing development, including a single point of contact for financial or technical assistance.

Requires the visitable housing program to identify financial incentives for developers and include public education about visitable housing.

Directs the Department of Housing to establish an informational web page on its website with links to available visitable housing resources, within available appropriations.

Takes effect October 1, 2022.
