Requires the Judicial Branch to remove Internet records and identifying information for summary process actions (evictions) within 30 days when the action is withdrawn, dismissed, or judged in favor of the defendant.

Requires the Judicial Branch to remove Internet records for summary process actions within one year after a judgment for the plaintiff, unless the court orders earlier removal.

Prohibits persons or entities that purchase bulk summary process records for commercial purposes (including consumer reporting and tenant screening services) from disclosing records that have been removed from the Judicial Branch website if they have actual knowledge of the removal.

Takes effect January 1, 2023, and applies to any civil action filed on or after that date.
