Increases fees for state marshals serving process on behalf of state officials and municipal officials from $30 to $50 for initial service and from $30 to $50 for subsequent services, effective October 1, 2022

Increases fees for service on private parties from $40 to $50 for initial service and from $40 to $50 for subsequent services, effective October 1, 2022

Updates various other state marshal fees including endorsement fees, execution levying fees, and recording fees to be consistent with increased service fees, effective October 1, 2022

Adds state marshals to the list of public employees whose residential addresses are protected from public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, effective July 1, 2022

Modifies removal and storage provisions for defendant possessions in eviction proceedings to clarify that plaintiffs pay state marshals directly for removal services
