Establishes "Get Outside and Play for Children's Mental Health Day" to be proclaimed by the Governor on May 26 of each year to raise awareness about children's mental health and the positive effects of outdoor activity.

Requires suitable exercises and observances to be held at the State Capitol and in public schools on May 26, or if that day is not a school day, on the preceding school day or another day as local or regional boards of education prescribe.

Directs the Department of Education to provide annual notice to local and regional boards of education beginning in the 2022-2023 school year, including suggestions and materials for suitable exercises to observe the day.

Takes effect upon passage for Section 1 (the proclamation requirement) and July 1, 2022 for Section 2 (the Department of Education notice requirement).
