Connecticut Labor Department shall conduct a study on captive audience meetings, paid sick day expansion, pandemic pay, and unemployment overpayments.

Study shall examine expanding workers' compensation coverage for post-traumatic stress injuries for all employees.

Labor Department to review the Essential Worker COVID Relief Fund and recommendations from the Task Force to Study Cancer Relief Benefits for Firefighters and warehouse workers.

Labor Department must report study results and any recommended legislation to the joint standing committee on labor by January 1, 2023.

Bill takes effect upon passage.
