Establishes a working group to reexamine a prior military occupational specialty task force study, review legislative changes from Public Act 14-131, and identify improvements in veteran employment assistance, with membership from 15 entities including state agencies and legislative leadership.

Working group must hold its first meeting within 60 days of enactment and submit a report with findings and recommendations to the Veterans' Affairs Committee by January 1, 2023, then dissolve.

Creates a grant program administered by the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to reimburse veterans for licensure, certification, registration, and tuition fees related to occupations and apprenticeships under jurisdiction of the Department of Consumer Protection or Labor Department.

Eligible reimbursements include Department of Consumer Protection examination and licensure fees, Labor Department apprenticeship fees for veteran participants, and up to $1,000 in aggregate tuition fees charged by the Technical Education and Career System.

Appropriates $100,000 to the Department of Consumer Protection for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, to fund the grant program, with initial program establishment required by January 1, 2023, and bi-annual reporting required thereafter.
