Establishes a maximum reimbursable salary of $125,000 for directors of organizations and facilities providing employment, day services, or residential services for persons referred by the Departments of Developmental Services, Mental Health and Addiction Services, or Social Services, effective July 1, 2022.

Allows annual increases to director salary reimbursement not to exceed the percentage increase of any cost of living increase provided under the contract with the organization or facility.

Sets the same $125,000 maximum salary cap and cost of living increase provision for directors of grantee organizations authorized to provide services to mentally ill persons through the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, effective July 1, 2022.

Repeals sections 20 and 21 of public act 91-11 of the June special session, as amended by public act 07-238, effective immediately upon passage.
