Establishes a working group to study criminal procedure laws and review chapter 815t of the general statutes regarding juvenile delinquency, with recommendations for legislative changes.

Working group consists of six members with juvenile delinquency law expertise, appointed by the Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, majority leaders of both chambers, and minority leaders of both chambers.

Working group must submit a report on findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on judiciary no later than January 1, 2023.

Working group terminates on the date it submits its report or January 1, 2023, whichever is later.

Act becomes effective upon passage.
