Amends Connecticut General Statutes section 9-606(c) to revise campaign finance reporting requirements for committee treasurers and solicitors.

Changes the deadline for solicitors to deposit contributions with the treasurer from "within seven days after receipt" to "not later than seven days after receipt."

Maintains existing requirements that solicitors submit contribution lists to treasurers 72 hours before filing deadlines and receive those lists no later than 24 hours before required filing dates.

Prohibits solicitors from expending or disbursing contributions to anyone other than the treasurer.

Takes effect October 1, 2022.
