Commissioner of Transportation shall convey a parcel of approximately 5.3 acres located at 1090 Maple Street in Rocky Hill to the town of Rocky Hill at fair market value plus administrative costs.

Fair market value shall be determined by averaging two independent appraisals selected by the commissioner, with the precise parcel area to be determined by the Department of Transportation.

State Properties Review Board must complete its review and approval within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation.

State Treasurer shall execute and deliver the necessary deed or instrument, while the Commissioner of Transportation maintains sole responsibility for all other aspects of the conveyance.

Any funds received from the sale shall be transferred to the State Treasurer for deposit in the Special Transportation Fund.
