Commissioner of Administrative Services shall convey approximately 50.29 acres of state land in Hamden, including the High Meadows facility at 825 Hartford Turnpike, to the Town of Hamden for $1,708,300 plus administrative costs.

Conveyance is subject to approval of the State Properties Review Board, which must complete its review within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement.

Deadline for completing the conveyance is extended from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023, with possible additional 12-month extension if Town of Hamden reimburses the state for actual costs attributable to the extension.

State Treasurer shall execute and deliver any necessary deed or instrument; Commissioner of Administrative Services retains sole responsibility for all other aspects of the conveyance.

State shall retain care and control of the land and improvements until the conveyance is completed.
