Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall convey approximately 0.0091 acre of state land within Housatonic Meadows State Park to St. Bridget Church in Sharon, a member church of St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish in Cornwall Bridge.

Purchase price equals fair market value determined by averaging appraisals from two independent appraisers selected by the commissioner, plus administrative costs of the conveyance.

Parcel location specified by legal description beginning at the easterly corner of the church rectory land and abutting the parcel containing St. Bridget Church.

State Properties Review Board must approve the conveyance and complete its review within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement from the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.

State Treasurer shall execute and deliver necessary deeds or instruments; Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection maintains sole responsibility for all other aspects of the conveyance.
