Mandates vending machines maintain proper temperature and humidity, contain only unexpired and unadulterated medication in original manufacturer containers, display owner contact information, and include warnings about checking expiration dates and reporting tampering.

Requires each vending machine to be individually registered with the department and designate a responsible individual for maintenance and compliance with storage and product integrity requirements.

Establishes penalties of up to $1,000 per violation for non-compliance with the act's provisions.
