Exempts veterans from paying the "Passport to the Parks" motor vehicle registration fee if they present satisfactory documentation of veteran status as defined in section 27-103.

Maintains existing fee structure of $15 for triennial registration or $10 for biennial registration for passenger vehicles, motorcycles, motor homes, combination vehicles, and antique vehicles.

Preserves existing $5 annual registration fee for persons age 65 or older renewing one-year registrations.

Directs fees collected to be deposited into the Passport to the Parks account established under section 23-15h and specifies the fee is non-refundable.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
