Prohibits the feeding, placing, exposing, depositing, distributing or scattering of any edible material, attractant or other substance intended to feed, attract or entice wildlife including bears, deer, coyotes, bobcats, fisher cats, turkeys and wild birds

Bans the use of bird feeders from April 1st through November 30th of each year, with an exception for feeders using bear-undesirable sources such as Nyjer or thistle seed

Requires proper storage of food, refuse and other wildlife attractants to prevent improper storage that could attract animals

Aims to reduce the frequency and likelihood of negative human interactions with wildlife through these restrictions
