Amends subsection (k) of Connecticut General Statutes section 8-30g to lower the affordable housing appeals threshold from 10% to 5% in municipalities that provide funding for affordable housing developments

Applies only to towns that financially encourage affordable housing through direct funding

Enables municipalities that support affordable housing to more easily meet affordable housing goals under state statute
