Amends section 7-438 of the general statutes to restrict retired municipal employees' retirement system members from collecting retirement allowances while reemployed by a municipal employees' retirement system member municipality.

Allows retirement allowance collection during reemployment only if the retired member has reached age 59.5 and meets one of three conditions: works less than 20 hours per week, works no more than 90 days per calendar year, or holds a position ineligible for municipal employees' retirement system participation.

Applies to members who retired pursuant to sections 7-431 or 7-432 of the general statutes.
