Amends section 14-276a of Connecticut general statutes to modify the school bus driver's license renewal process.

Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to simplify the examination in school bus operation proficiency or make the examination less frequent during commercial driver's license renewal with school bus endorsement.

Applies the simplified or less frequent examination requirement only to drivers with clean records who did not commit a moving violation since their last license renewal.
