Amends title 21a of Connecticut general statutes to prohibit retail sellers from refusing to accept cash as payment for goods or services from consumers in the state.

Prohibits posting signs indicating that cash payments will not be accepted.

Prohibits charging a higher price to consumers who choose to pay with cash.

Applies to all persons offering or selling goods or services at retail to consumers in Connecticut.
