Prohibits the State Board of Education and local or regional boards of education from promulgating, authorizing, requiring, or including in any course or curriculum the concept that any race or sex is inherently superior or inferior to any other race or sex

Prohibits curriculum materials that teach any individual is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive by virtue of their race or sex, whether consciously or unconsciously

Prohibits teaching that an individual's character is necessarily determined by their race or sex

Prohibits instruction that individuals or groups bear responsibility for actions committed in the past by other members of the same race or sex

Requires the State Board of Education to develop regulations to implement these provisions
