Summary of Substitute House Bill No. 6549

• Removes references to Individual Development Account Reserve Fund contributions from corporate tax credit definitions in sections 12-217x and 12-217aaa.

• Eliminates tax deductions and income exclusions related to Individual Development Accounts from Connecticut income tax provisions in section 12-701.

• Repeals sections 31-38 through 31-51fff of the general statutes, which contained comprehensive provisions regarding Individual Development Accounts and related housing assistance programs.
