Creates a temporary investigative task force within the Connecticut State Police for fiscal years ending June 30, 2024 and June 30, 2025 to investigate crimes involving online sexual exploitation, abuse, or assault of minors, headed by an officer of sergeant rank or above.

Task force shall investigate suspected criminal activity, arrest offenders, compile and analyze data on such crimes, and share information with other law enforcement units to assist investigations.

Requires the Police Officer Standards and Training Council to develop by November 1, 2023 a standardized reporting form for law enforcement units, best practices for information sharing, public reporting mechanisms, and a model investigation policy.

Mandates each law enforcement unit report suspected online exploitation crimes to the task force within 14 days using the standardized form and continue sharing investigation information according to established best practices.

Requires annual reports to relevant legislative committees by January 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026 on the task force's activities, results, and recommendations on whether the task force should be extended beyond the two-year period.
