Expands Connecticut's existing breast and cervical cancer early detection program to include lung cancer screening services effective October 1, 2023.

Defines "lung cancer screening and referral services" to include necessary screening and treatment procedures such as surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and related medical follow-up services.

Extends eligibility to unserved or underserved women at or below 250% of federal poverty level without health insurance covering cancer screening, ages 21-64, including those without lung cancer screening coverage.

Requires the Department of Public Health to provide lung cancer screening services through existing appropriations and contracts with health care providers, with priority given to women in minority communities.

Establishes public education initiatives, professional education programs, tracking systems, and quality assurance requirements for all participating lung cancer screening providers.
